Standard orders include a short sample audio so you can confirm your LoveLoop Keepsake is working right away. Before gifting it, connect it to a computer to remove the sample and add your own audio. If you choose the Audio Preload option, we’ll remove the sample and load your submitted audio before it ships.
The LoveLoop Keepsake has 16MB of storage and can hold up to approximately 16 minutes of MP3 audio depending on the files used.
Yes. Saved audio can be replayed whenever you want.
Yes. You can replace or update the audio later.

Battery & Charging
Simply connect your LoveLoop Keepsake to a USB-C power source to recharge the built-in battery.
A full charge provides approximately 2 hours of continuous playback.
For best results, we recommend charging your LoveLoop Keepsake before use.
The battery is built into the device and is not designed to be user-replaceable.

Product & Gifting
Your LoveLoop Keepsake comes gift-ready with a Quick Start Guide, USB-C charging cable, a few LoveLoop stickers, and protective packaging.
Yes. The enclosures are 3D printed in small batches, then hand-finished, assembled, and tested. This allows us to produce each keepsake with care rather than mass-producing the housing. Minor variations in the surface finish may occur and are part of the manufacturing process.
Your LoveLoop Keepsake arrives neatly packaged and ready to personalize. For a ready-to-give experience, add our Audio Preload option and we’ll load your message before it ships.
